A proper debut of sorts, Second Annual Report includes several versions each (some live) of early Throbbing Gristle standards like "Slug Bait" and "Maggot Death," as well as an "Industrial Introduction" and the soundtrack work "After Cease to Exist." ｽﾛｯﾋﾟﾝｸﾞﾘｯｽﾙの最高傑作といわれるﾌｧｰｽﾄｱﾙﾊﾞﾑ｡ｼﾞｬｰﾏﾝﾌﾟﾛｸﾞﾚの影響が感じられる｡昔はTGのｱﾙﾌｧから出た2万円の2000枚?限定ﾅﾝﾊﾞﾘﾝｸﾞ入りの4枚組ﾗｲﾌﾞﾎﾞｯｸｽを持ってたけどもう聴きたくない｡作品がどうとかよりも不吉な感じがして…TGと共にｲﾝﾀﾞｽﾄﾘｱﾙを代表するｸﾞﾙｰﾌﾟ､ｷｬﾊﾞﾚｰｳﾞｫﾙﾃｰﾙはﾋﾞｰﾄを強調した実験音楽といった感じなのに対してTGの音は嫌がらせのﾉｲｽﾞ｡TGの悪意はﾏﾘﾘﾝﾏﾝｿﾝ等にひき継がれｷｬﾌﾞｽの音楽性はE.ﾉｲﾊﾞｳﾃﾝ等にひき継がれた｡
