この昂揚感は誰にも抑えられない──そんなボスの声が聞こえてきそうな1年ぶりの新作だ。『Magic』で得た勢いを持続させた内容だが、弦楽隊と共に行進する8分強の冒頭曲をはじめ、ゴスペル調のナンバーなど充実曲の雨あられで、メロディーの光り具合は前作を超える。またも飛び出すビーチ・ボーイズへのオマージュなど、往年のロックへの愛情が色濃く出ているのも印象的だ。いまの時代にこんなボスと会えるなんて!
