The album is full of drum machines, digital synthesizers, and danceable grooves, but strangely, also features contributions from the likes of Jimmy Page and the Eagles' Bernie Leadon, and an extremely anomalous (though not unworthy) acoustic Carter Family cover, "No Hiding Place."
