Eighth album, the first since 2001's 'Beyond Good And Evil' and singer Ian Astbury's subsequent sojourn in the reformed Doors, from cult British group probably best remembered for their massive hit 'She Sells Sanctuary'. The Cult were one of the first bands to fuse heavy metal with goth rock and this album, their first for Roadrunner, continues the tradition with big melodies, bombastic vocals and fat chunky riffs. Was produced by Youth (Crowded House, James, The Verve) and includes the single 'Dirty Little Rockstar'.|
