While frontman Douglas Robinson's singing is appropriately expressive and angst-ridden, he carefully sidesteps vocal histrionics, allowing for more focus on guitarist Cameron Keym's deft, dynamic fretwork, particularly on the blazing title track, which features a wonderfully dreamy mid-song interlude.
