アラブ・ストラップとかトレイル・オブ・デッドなんかと連んで人気を高めてきたNYのバンドがついにアルバムを。そしてやはり1作目とは思えないほどのクォリティーがここにはありました。デヴィッド・ボウイ、テレヴィジョンからジョイ・ディヴィジョン、カメレオンズなんかに通じるグラム～ポスト・パンク～ネオ・サイケ風味が優しく美しく、かつシャープに。このスメルが最近のイギリス勢には足りないんだよなぁ～。
