ヴォコーダー声と土臭い地声をまろやかに重ね、哀愁たっぷりに歌い上げた先行シングル“I'm Sprung”が大ヒット中!　フロリダ出身の20歳、T・ペインのメジャー初アルバムは、彼を見い出したエイコンやワイクリフにも通じる乾いた歌い口が魅力的な逸品となった。一方、ラテンやダンスホール風味を採り入れた自作トラックでほぼ全編を固めた腕前も侮れない。マイク・ジョーンズやヤングブラッズのもてなしもバッチリです。
