A musical tribute to Marlon Brando, this two-disc set features the Crouch End Festival Chorus and the City of Prague Philharmonic Orchestra and Chorus performing key songs from many of the revered actor's finest films. Drawing from classics such as THE GODFATHER, A STREETCAR NAMED DESIRE, and ON THE WATERFRONT, the 21-track collection showcases sweeping pieces by lauded composers Nino Rota, Alex North, Leonard Bernstein, and many more. Impressively, the release even includes the majestic main theme from SUPERMAN (Brando played Superman's father, Jor-El) and Richard Wagner's ominous, soaring "The Ride of the Valkyries," which was, of course, used in APOCALYPSE NOW.
