This is the first single from U2's 2000 album ALL THAT YOU CAN'T LEAVE BEHIND. U.K. edition adds two bonus live tracks. Recording information: Foro Sol Autodromo, Mexico City, Mexico (12/03/1997). Photographer: Anton Corbijn. The Beautiful Day single is the first from U2's 2000 album All That You Can't Leave Behind. Beautiful Day, Pt. 2 contains the title track as well as two previously unreleased live songs: "Discotheque" and "If You Wear That Velvet Dress." Both were recorded live in Mexico City at a show given to subscribers of the band's fanzine, Propaganda. Only "Discotheque" was on that release, however. This single, as a result, is good for both the fan not lucky enough to have Hasta La Vista Baby and the one who does but wants to add a track to the show! Both songs are, of course, amazing performances -- though "Discotheque" live never can compare to "If You Wear That Velvet Dress" live. ~ JT Griffith
