映画「戦場のアリア」オリジナル・サウンドトラック ［CD+DVD］｜CDアルバム
映画そのものの完成度は決して高いものではありませんが、フィリップ・ロンビが、ロンドン響を指揮して完成させた音楽は、紛れもない一級品です。
近年で、これぐらい心に響くサントラは珍しいと思います。是非、付属のDVDで、製作の過程も見て欲しいもの。ロンビのさらなる活躍にも注目です。

Merry Christmas (Joyeux Noel) (OST) ［CD+DVD］｜CDアルバム
　まさに、映画音楽の歴史を引き継ぐ逸材、フィリップ・ロンビ。映画も本国ではヒットし、その後も新しい作品を作り続けている超多忙なひとり。
壮大なオーケストレーションに、自ら演奏するピアノ。その美しい競演は聴く者を皆圧倒させる。この映画の音楽の製作や収録風景などがDVDに収められているが、音楽をじっくり聴きこんで、なおかつ惚れ込んでしまった私がみると感動は何倍にもなる。初心者にもお勧めの一枚だ。
