This two-hour-long farewell performance delivered a fittingly grandiose commemoration of the seminal British band. Held at the London Bloomsbury Theatre in June of 2003, the song selection spanned the entirety of the group's 35-year career, and demonstrated their ever-impressive capacity for improvisation. Formed in 1968 out of the remnants of influential Canterbury band the Wilde Flowers, Caravan has survived numerous line-up changes and continued to experiment with their sound. This performance includes both an electric and an acoustic set, and features songs such as "Golf Girl," "The Dog, the Dog, he's at it Again," "The Unauthorized Breakfast Item," and "Love Song with Flute." Also included is an interview with Mark Powell, and a 1973 promotional video for "The Dog, the Dog, He's at it Again."|
