Formed as something of a retirement project for ex-Rolling Stone bassist Bill Wyman, his Rhythm Kings project took on a life of its own with successful shows and album releases in the late 1990s and early 21st century. This live album finds them bringing their considerable collective jazz and rock & roll chops to a set of creditable swing, blues, and R&B covers, including the up tempo "Roll 'Em Pete" and "Jump, Jive and Wail" as well as a version of the Beatles' "Taxman" and original songs like "Disappearing Nightly."
