So the people behind this compilation wanted to also put out a punk zine. But instead of dealing with the printing costs of putting out an actual magazine or the lack of getting their name out if this was just a web-zine, they decided to product it on CD-ROM with Victory Records' distribution. Lots of articles of said persons opinions on how they feel about the state of hardcore -which in all honesty is a lot of preaching to the converted- an interview with Furious George, some student film that takes forever to load on you computer -depending on your computer that is- and lots of pictures of this Mermaid Parade in New Your City. And with the bonus of all the pretty pictures and words, there's also a soundtrack provided of all the well-known hardcore/ pop-punk bands -probably just for the sake of marketing. Stand-outs include Atom and His Package, I HATE YOU, All Out War Six Going On Seven and Kid Dynamite. ~ Mike DaRonco
