Though they're known for having a "passion for fashion," these Bratz clearly know how to rock out, too. The music here is energetic, guitar-based pop in the Hilary Duff/Lindsay Lohan vein, though "Who I Am" and "Stand Out" add a metal edge to the Bratz's sound. As with any respectable 'tween-pop record, there are soaring power ballads on ROCK ANGELZ, including the yearning "Change the World" and the loner anthem "Nobody's Girl." For Bratz collectors and fans of Duff, Lohan, Avril Lavigne, and other like-minded artists, ROCK ANGELZ is sure to be an enjoyable album that's perfect for singalongs and slumber parties.
