This dual disc release provides fans of the underground rap collective Hieroglyphics with a backstage pass to their 2003 tour of North America. Originating in Oakland, Hieroglyphics unites several established recording artists, most notably Del the Funky Homosapien (who founded the group), Souls of Mischief, Casual, and Pep Love. Together, these musicians mix traditional hip-hop beats with quirky lyrics, freestyling moves, and lots of attitude. Recorded over 42 days, THE FULL CIRCLE TOUR collects clips from 40 live performances, and takes viewers behind the scenes for interviews with fans, the band, and an endless supply of tour bus antics. The accompanying CD includes live tracks from the tour, and two newer songs. Tracks include "Powers That Be," What the Funk," and "After Dark," and many more.
