Artemisia's "Perfumed Garden" is a delightfully tranquil composition. This piece hypnotizes with its repetitive percussion patterns and aromatic flute playing. Steve Gordon's "Holding the Vision" exacts a similar musical vibe. Employing tribal rhythms, exotic flute trills, and a distant vocal choir, Gordon invokes the feel of far-off safaris and pastoral landscapes. Another track, "Bolo Shri Krsna" by Jaya Lakshmi features flowing vocals, droning keyboards, and throbbing tabla drums.
