'Tres Cosas' is the third album by Argentinian singer and actress Juana Molina. Combing elements of electronica with guitar, she carefully crafts songs that are intimate and sensual. This effort sees Molina take the listener on a sonic and atmosphericjourney. Layered vocals and lilting ambient melodies delight and intrigue in equal measure. 美しい。取材時に彼女が着ていた下着まで透ける白いロング・スカートのように、肩の下まで伸びたストレートのブロンド・ヘアーのように美しい。つまりこの美しさは聴き手の想像力に、いや、妄想に働きかける。昨年リリースされた前作『Segundo』が本国アルゼンチンはもとより、ここ日本でも大きな注目を集めたフアナ・モリーナから届けられた新作。淡々とつぶやき続けるフアナの歌声も、器用ではないがひとつひとつ丁寧につま弾かれるアコースティック・ギターの響きも、そしてカブサッキ、アレハンドロ・フラノフといった仲間たちによるサポートも前作となんら変わらず素晴らしい。だが、その世界はまるで卑猥な妄想のよう。そう、これはエロチックでミステリアスな南米産フォーク・エレクトロニカ。まだ世界にはこんな音が残されていたのだ。誠実でクリエイティヴでイマジネーションに溢れ、（何度でも言うが）どこもかしこも美しい傑作。
