Uncle Meat｜CDアルバム
1969年に発表されたマザーズ名義の大作。もともとは同名映画のサウンドトラックていう形だったが映画は未完成に終わり、音源のみ発売されたもの。それまでの常識を逸したようなアヴァンギャルドで自由度の高さを感じさせながらも綿密なザッパの計算の元でなっていると感じる作風。ザッパのアルバムの中でもかなり難解な部類に入りますが、一度ハマルと抜け出せない魅力を持っていますね。
