Performers include: Lisa Stansfield, Georgie Fame. Original score composed by Ian Devaney. A gem of a soundtrack, sung primarily by this British soul singer. The bright, sassy arrangements are fine showcases for her confident, take-charge vocals. She's also in on the writing of five of the album's 15 songs. Veteran English singer and occasional Van Morrison collaborator Georgie Fame guests on a couple of numbers. The band includes former Bruce Springsteen saxman Clarence Clemons, who appears in the movie with Stansfield. Even if the movie stinks, there's the music to remember. ~ Mark Allan
