His mesmerizing tone and subtle delivery can be very deceiving. Glenn Jones' incomparable vocals can cruise with comfort through each lyric or accelerate instantaneously with ease, revealing the depth of his sound. And like his previous releases, this album offers a candid platform for the Jacksonville, FL native to demonstrate his talent. The title track, "Here I Go Again," espouses the eternal feeling of falling in love over and over with the same person. The song has spellbinding rhythm with angelic instrumentation, providing a placid setting for Jones' euphonious vocals. Penned by Jones, the single graced its way to the number one spot on the Billboard R&B charts after a 19-week run. The second release, "I've Been Searchin' (Nobody Like You)," is a collaboration between Jones and Bernard Belle (brother of songstress Regina Belle). Though the rhythm is a bit slower, it has more of a swinging beat. In spite of the song's unorthodox cadence, Jones maximizes every note within each bar to exclaim the lyrics. Although the song navigated the charts for more than half-a-year at 30 weeks, it only managed to peak at number eight. "Good Thang," produced by D.C.-based Art and Scott Powell, was the final release from this project. Inside of seven weeks, the single peaked at number 60. The production duo is credited with "The Way You Do," a poetically flowing, unreleased track groomed with Jones' uncompromising vocals. ~ Craig Lytle
