オフィシャル・ブートレグやメンバーのソロ作品のリリースはあったものの、バンドの正式音源としては3年ぶりとなる新作。音響、エレクトロニカ、プログレをも呑みこんでしまいそうな玄人サウンドがさらに円熟味を増した結果、圧倒的な音圧とメロディアスなヴォーカルがクローズアップされている。すでに常人には辿り着けない境地にいるバンドであるが、作品性をさらに増し、そのポジションを確かなものにしている。
